Codidge stores data about your Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts only while they are connected to an organization on the Codidge platform: the encrypted access tokens Meta issued, the identifiers and names of the connected Pages and accounts, the posts the platform published for you, and the statistics it read back to show in your dashboard. See the Privacy Policy for the full description.
2. Disconnect the account
Sign in to admin.codidge.com, open Integrations, find "Facebook & Instagram" and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens and the connected Page and account details. Only an administrator of the organization can do this.
3. Remove Codidge from your Meta settings
Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find "Codidge Social Media" and remove it.
Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find "Codidge Social Media" and remove it.
Removing the app revokes our access. Any data still held is deleted as described in section 2 the next time the connection is checked, and in any case on request.
4. Request full deletion
To delete every record associated with your organization — including the posts planned in the Social Content Planner and their statistics — email info@codidge.com from the organization's registered address with the subject "Data deletion". We confirm the deletion within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (billing and tax) are retained for the legally required period only.
5. What this does not delete
Disconnecting or deleting your Codidge data does not remove anything from Facebook or Instagram. Posts already published there remain on your Page or account, under your control, and are managed in Meta's own tools.
